Full Stack Developer

Build end-to-end web applications owning both frontend and backend

Design UI in React/Next.js; implement responsive, accessible, performant interfaces

Build and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs; handle authentication and authorization

Manage databases: schema design, migrations, query optimization

Deploy applications on cloud (Vercel, AWS, GCP) with complete CI/CD pipelines

Own features end-to-end from design discussion through production deployment

Collaborate with product managers and designers on feature requirements

Frontend: React + TypeScript — mandatory combination in the 2025 market

Backend: Node.js (NestJS/Express) or Python (FastAPI) — one deeply

Styling: Tailwind CSS + component library (shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or Chakra)

State management: Zustand for local state, TanStack Query for server state

Databases: PostgreSQL + Prisma/Drizzle ORM + Redis for caching

Authentication: NextAuth / Clerk / Auth0 + understanding of JWT mechanics

Deployment: Vercel (frontend), Railway/Render (backend), AWS basics

Browser rendering: critical rendering path, hydration, SSR vs CSR vs SSG trade-offs

HTTP: request/response cycle, headers, cookies, CORS, Content Security Policy

REST API design and HTTP status codes — must be second nature

SQL vs NoSQL: choose and justify for different data models and access patterns

Web security: XSS, CSRF, SQLi prevention built into every project from day one
