7. Subscription and Payments

For paid subscriptions:

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if unsatisfied
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in job offers or interview success. Your results depend on your own effort and preparation.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall W Code be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand, India.
